MUNIS Year End Close from 09-24-2023 07:00 PM CDT to 09-27-2023 06:59 PM CDT

MUNIS will be unavailable while the District completes the annual Year End Close process for the 2022-23 fiscal year. Staff from both the Accounting & Budget and Technology departments will be working diligently to complete the process.

• Entry of purchase requisitions, budget transfers, etc. will not be possible during the downtime. Please plan accordingly.
• No purchases/payments from the 2022-2023 fiscal year can be in an unposted status at the time of the close.
• The MUNIS Train environment (https://munistrain.lisd.net) will be available for historical searching during the downtime. This will be ONLY for searches, not for new data entry.
