Resolved - Beginning around 11:30 AM EST users on sites began to experience issues accessing ticket and asset information. A fix was deployed around 12:05 EST and after an extended period of monitoring, we are seeing the system continue to operate as normal. As such we will go ahead and close this incident out.
The issue appears to have been resolved. IIQ support has not yet closed the issue on their end. We’ll continue to monitor the system.

IncidentIQ support has identified an issue in their cloud that is preventing customers from creating tickets. They are working to resolve the issue. LISD will post more information as it becomes available.
