Skyward will be down to upgrade to the June release and for end of year maintenance beginning July 5th - July 14th. Skyward will be back up first thing July 15th. The June release is an important update because it contains critical changes that impact state reporting. The end of year maintenance is necessary to close out the 2018/2019 school year and open the 2019/2020 school year.

  • Skyward Downtime – Friday, July 5th until Monday, July 15th at 6:00 AM
  • July 5th-July 7th—Upgrade will be completed by our vendors to the Skyward June Release
  • July 8th-July 14th—Year-end processes will be completed by the LISD Skyward team (The team will work through the weekends to try to finish earlier)
  • July 8th—The Skyward Training database will be available as a read-only option for teams who need to pull information or see information on students (this has been helpful to the nurses and Special Ed summer campuses) The data will be current as of * July 4th
  • July 15th—Skyward will be back operational and ready for the 2019-2020 school year
  • July 15th-July 19th—Skyward Back to School Forms will be down for updating to the 2019-2020 Back to School Forms
  • July 22nd —Skyward 2019-2020 Back to School Forms are open and 1:X Fees will have been applied and available to be paid by parents in Skyward Family Access
